About the Camp
Morning Session: 8:30-11:30
Afternoon Session: 11:30-2:30

In this camp we will practice yoga and mindfulness daily. We will discuss how to handle our emotions in a healthy and productive way. We will create various works of art, each with different mediums and lessons attached to one. Your child will bring home different tools to help them regulate their nervous system while experiencing the ups and downs of life!
